Farm Table Patersbier
Made by Beau’s All Natural Brewing, Farm Table Patersbier is a sessionable Belgian-style ale baseball beer. Historically, Patersbier (“Father’s beer”) was brewed by monks to enjoy within the walls of their abbey. This pours a slightly hazy blond with dense, rocky white foam, and sweet honeyed malt with floral overtones that dominate the aroma. The flavor features initial malt sweetness with peppery notes from the yeast that lend complexity while hop bitterness provides balance. The finish is bright, clean and crisp.
