Hop Closet Double IPA
Made by Strike Brewing Co., Hop Closet Double IPA is a baseball beer brewed in collaboration with Half Moon Bay Brewing. They began with El Dorado and Southern Passion to create a stonefruit and watermelon base. They added Simcoe Cryo Hops, a concentrated lupulin powder that imbues an exploding aroma of berry and pine. The result is uber-aromatic.
