“Pitcher and the Pin-Up,” originally titled “The Road Home,” delves into the lives of Danny Foster and Melissa, two childhood friends from Las Vegas. While Danny immerses himself in baseball, finding in it both passion and an emotional anchor, Melissa navigates the turbulent waters of youth, eventually emerging as a pin-up.

Even as life’s twists and turns pull them in different directions, destiny conspires to reunite them. Evoking the unpredictability of a gripping seven-game world series, the film explores themes of enduring hope, courage, faith, love, and the inescapable pull of coming home.
